Trevor Carlton

Trevor is a medical device expert with more than 24 years of industry experience in the areas of R&D, clinical, marketing, technology, management and strategic alliances. His key business strength is his ability to develop relationships with Key Opinion Leaders and physicians to identify unmet clinical needs specifically focused on interventional and traditional cardiovascular, cardiothoracic and general surgery medical devices. Trevor has built and managed a leading medical device company with multimillion-dollar sales growth and 100x increase in EBITDA. 

As Co-founder of the Carlton Harvey Group, Trevor is charged with identifying opportunities in the medical device space where the Group can apply their vast management experience and skills to unlock significant value for small companies and startups that require consulting services, investment, or exit-strategy options for their product lines.
 

Stuart Harvey

Stuart brings to CHG more than 25 years of sales and sales management experience, including global sales management and expertise in developing international markets. By effectively driving monthly sales performance, leading short and mid-term growth strategies, and working closely with finance, marketing, logistics, R&D, regulatory and other departments, he’s built world-class sales organizations in multiple countries which have produced hundreds of millions in revenue.

As Co-founder of Carlton Harvey Group, Stuart is concentrated on the external facing elements of a company’s Go-To-Market strategy.   His focus includes developing Sales channel strategy and execution, sales operations and fulfillment, plus both upstream and downstream Marketing strategy and execution as well as general management functions.
